Watch the Mariner Wave Come to Life
Integral to the design is the Regent Seven Seas Mariner World Cruise logo - an organic, three-tiered wave symbolizing the graceful motion of the sea.
For this exclusive collaboration, the Mariner wave was reimagined by hand, layered stroke by stroke through 11,360 individual brushstrokes over 7 hours and 18 minutes of tracked studio time.
Vibrant tones of cobalt blue, turquoise, cornflower blue, and deep navy create a sense of movement and flow, capturing the rhythm of the sea, as though the wave itself is in motion.

THE COMPASS ROSE
A 32-point mariner's compass rose anchors the composition, representing maritime navigation.
Beyond its historical role as a sailor’s guide, the compass rose also resembles the rays of the sun, tying into the theme of celestial navigation and the natural harmony between day and night.
